Michele Lillie

After marrying my military husband and moving outside the United States, I began to experience new foods and cuisines. As my husband progressed in his career, we began to entertain on a regular basis. These two occurrences joined to start my interest in food, cooking and the culinary arts. After attending many cooking classes, I realized that I wanted to learn more and consider this as a career.

I first enrolled in the Epicurean School of Culinary Arts in Los Angeles and was awarded certificates in their Professional Chef and Professional Baking courses. This gave me a much needed foundation upon which to build.

After my husband retired from the military and we moved to Colorado, I attended and graduated from Cook Street School of Culinary Arts in Denver.

Since 2015, I have been teaching cooking classes for the Town of Parker, Colorado. I soon realized that I was only able to reach a small number of people through that avenue. Therefore, I launched Culinary Journeys, LLC in 2017 serving Parker and the surrounding communities.

Through this endeavor, I will take these classes into your home or workplace. You no longer have to come to me. I will come to you!
